My first self-portrait is a kind of map of my life. I have put here dates, events, people important to me, and all the elements that directly influenced my worldview, sensitivity, or aesthetics. All these elements in the form of paths, roads in different colors form a map. These tiny paths were at the same time a mental journey on the timeline of my life. IT'S HERE AND NOW. I created a map legend under the portrait. This map is not complete because there are some events in my life that are very personal and I do not intend to make them public....

A long, long time ago, there was a wonderful land in the south where the sun could shine as much as it wanted. Beautiful trees were growing there, in which fairies lived, who, in gratitude for the warmth and light, showered those trees with flowers that smelled as beautiful as anything else in the world. One day, the sun said to these fairies: " For those wonderfully fragrant flowers that you conjure up for me every year, I will bring you bees, which of these flowers will conjure up fruits similar to me, and people will love you for these fruits...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TqGxL0tPmU&feature=emb_logoWorkshop with Karolina gave me an extension of basic artistic knowledge (e.g. creating image composition) and technical knowledge (work in a studio with light taking into account the laws of physics and the use of light as a means of expression). These classes gave me a broad knowledge of the ingredients that are involved in planning sessions, mood boards, symbols and why they are important when planning sessions, as well as some ideas on how to increase your creativity. Karolina takes on a journey from concept through making a portrait including lighting techniques, as well as tips for Lightroom and Photoshop. My...

The Orton Effect name was created by its inventor, Michael Orton, from Vancouver Island, Canada. The first photographs of this type were made on film. The photographer created two slightly overexposed photos, one very sharp, using a large depth of field and the other, blurry, out of focus. Then the Canadian superimposed both photos on each other and combined in a slide. To make an Orton sandwich, it was necessary to use a tripod to make both photos identical. 1.sharp photo+2.blurry photo+3.result photo( source: Wikipedia ) Currently, this technique can be simulated in programs such as Adobe Photoshop or by using Gaussian...

Work on colours is divided into colour correction and grading. Colour correction, as the name suggests, is used to improve colours in the shot. For example, contrast, saturation or white balance. Colour grading is the second step. It's the "correct" colouring of a picture, that is, giving it a unique picture, for example, giving it an orange colour. Colour grading also includes giving the individual objects in the scene a specific look. For example, illuminating only the hero's face or changing the colour of the car. Colour grading is of course of great importance when creating the film's atmosphere. Colours...
